Accepted at emergency rooms, urgent care centers, clinics and physicians offices worldwide

No limitations to the number of occurrences

Covered Expenses include the following: (1) Hospital Room & Board, or Surgical Center care and treatment; (2) Outpatient Hospital Emergency Room; (3) Surgical Benefits; (4) Doctor’s Visits In-Hospital; (5) Doctor Visits Out-Patient; (6) X-ray and Laboratory; (7) Nursing care; (8) Physiotherapy; (9) Ambulance; (10) Medical Equipment Rental Charges; (12) Medical Services and Supplies (Blood, Blood Transfusions, Oxygen); (13) Prescription Drugs; (14) Dental Treatment as a result of Injury to Natural Teeth.

Medical benefits are payable on an excess basis. The other benefits are paid in addition to any other coverage.

In-Hospital Indemnity Benefit

$150 per day In-Hospital benefit

Payable for up to 31 days with a Zero day waiting period

Eligible covered members include primary member and spouse under the age of 70 and dependent children up to age 19 or 25 if a full time student.

This is a reimbursement benefit. You pay the provider at time of service and send us a claim form and you will be reimbursed the covered amount.
