How to use our Discount Health Benefits if you
have a Primary Insurance Carrier
Present your provider with your AHB Benefits
Card. Your Physician will first submit your claim to your primary
insurance company and they will pay their portion of the bill,
then your Physician will submit your claim to Affordable Health
& Benefits for any additional discounts to be applied. We will
then submit the remaining balance to you for payment to your
provider
Note: Example based on Key Silver Plan. It
is not necessary to have a primary insurance carrier to join
our health plans
