Search Description:

For Members who have joined our Key Silver, Key Dental or Key Prescription plans, or for those who are interested in finding providers participating in these plans you may search for the Provider Specialist or Service of your choice by clicking on one of the Provider Search Options in the left hand column. In most cases you can search by city, state and/or zip code. If you need additional information please call our customer service line at 800-600-7819. We are always willing to try and add providers that may not currently be on our list.
